Following the 100th episode of Supergirl, Metallo Lena crosses universes and ends up at LuthorCorp, set on getting her revenge on Supergirl. Kara not only has to deal with someone trying to kill her again, she also has to explain to her best friend why and how her carbon-copy is walking around LuthorCorp, and has to keep her sister from actually killing the Other Lena.
And why is it easier to talk to the Other Lena who wants to kill her than it is to talk to her actual best friend?
Or,
Evil Lena ends up in National City and Kara can't seem to stay away from her. Her Lena isn't too pleased.

Summary
Lena slides off of her stool, throwing self-preservation to the wind and flinging the door open without looking through the peephole first.
Kara’s wearing a pair of dark blue jeans and a sweatshirt Lena vaguely remembers borrowing in what feels like another lifetime. Her hands are in her pockets and her head is dipped forward, but her eyes are looking up at Lena, and there’s an air of uncertainty to her that Lena hasn’t seen in nearly a year. It steals the breath from her lungs and the words from her mouth, and her lips part wordlessly as they watch each other across the threshold.
“Hi,” Kara says softly.
Her weight shifts to rest unevenly on one leg as she looks at Lena, and Lena remembers how easy it was to talk to her, once.

Summary
AU: Set after 4x22. An alien pod crash-lands right on the back of Lena’s house in Metropolis. Inside, she finds a baby with blonde hair and green eyes bearing the House of El symbol. She thinks of no other option except to call Supergirl, whom she hasn’t seen for the past few months after their fallout, and to give her the baby. However, it is subsequently realized that the baby is of Kryptonian and human DNA, more specifically Lena Luthor’s.
(or alternatively, Lena finds a new family through the unlikely help of one Kara Danvers.)
