Summary
Life didn't always look the way you expected it to. Those who could accept that and run towards the unknown future would be those who succeed. Those stuck on the should-have-beens were destined to fail. To Mitsuwa Kamizuki, that was a given, but perhaps that was easier since she didn't know the whole story. To Sakura, it was revenge on the voice in her head that wouldn't stop bashing her. Meanwhile, Naruto was trying to cope being lied to his whole life to be used as a political piece, Sasuke was gaining power by whatever means necessary, which apparently included medical ninjutsu, and Kakashi's Sharingan was in the wrong socket.
Alternate Universe with many changes, but most people were making the best of it anyway - knowingly or unknowingly.
Or, Mitsuwa hit her head at eight years old during a training incident and remembered another life. Except that Naruto knowledge didn't line up with reality.

Summary
Childhood and adolescence is a time of extreme highs and lows. One minute life feels like a completed puzzle you've agonized over for months, and other times it's like you're being squeezed down the sewer. Keigo and Tenko want to move on from the past. Touya, Fuyumi, and Natsuo still haven't realized there's something to move on from. Their lives intersect, but some dynamics are more welcomed than others.
Touya claims he'll be the number one hero. Keigo's in the way and he's certain Tenko's a villain.
Tenko thinks Touya's an ass, but empathizes over the fact that he and his siblings have horrible parents.
Keigo wants to explore and have fun with life. Making friends and pushing buttons are part of that.
Fuyumi wants everyone to calm down and get along.
Natsuo takes advantage of being the youngest, Shouto excluded, and lets Tenko spoil him.Series
