Something went terribly wrong.
The Culling Games were a smooth-running ritual designed to optimise cursed energy across Japan through a process of competitive elimination, an impeccable masterwork of barrier techniques, conditions, and vows meant to operate without any possible outside interference. However, on November 12th, something broke the carefully crafted laws upon laws of the Game, tearing through instructions and possibilities to bring in something new.

I was... a LookyMart employee.

"What's that got to do with anything right now?" Baek Soheon scoffed, prodding his own utensils against his plate and took another bite out it with a long lasting scowl. It was hard to tell if his meal was any better. If you weren't eating the same thing as he was, then you would've simply just assume it was warm and filling meal with his usual resting bitch face.
"Inhuman outside of my perception… but unremarkably human within…" You returned, staring down at the plate before finally deciding to place your fork down and prop your head against your hands. You exhaled from your nose, looking up to the two good eyes of Baek Soheon's. "You're describing Kim Soleum like he's a ghost story himself."
"Much like our little entree right now."
A paradox within in itself, self-contained, self-sustained, and self-perceived.

Summary
Kurourushi was a Special Grade cursed spirit who served as a brief antagonist during Jujutsu Kaisen’s Culling Game arc. By the time Yuta Okkotsu had appeared, it had managed to obtain, what was it, 54 points? It, despite being a curse, had been a player powerful enough to force a stalemate between itself and three top-tier reincarnated sorcerers, until Yuta had exorcised it with the power of love or some shit, only for it to come back, and get exorcised again by Ryu’s high-output Biden Blast.
A strong antagonist for sure, and despite the internet rage at the time, they personally thought the cockroach curse had made a pretty interesting fight, and had possibly one of the most dangerous cursed techniques shown by a cursed spirit in the entire manga. That said, you would never catch them wishing to be a FUCKING COCKROACH.
Funny how things played out, wasn't it.
