Duke was a son of Apollo. That’s why he had powers. He went to Camp Half-Blood every summer, but once he became a vigilante he stopped. He still kept in contact with all of his friends, specifically his half siblings, Nico and the seven. When he first moved into the manor he was still wary of the Wayne's so he didn’t tell them his secret. Eventually, he forgot he needed to tell them. Luckily for him, the universe decided to remind him of his roots. Unluckily for him, he has a lot of explaining to do now.

Timothy Drake. A recent target for criminals and assassins as he is the son of billionaire Bruce Wayne. So the Young Justice squad (1998) was assigned to protect him. They were informed Robin could not make it on that mission. They were naturally excited and nervous to finally have a mission without their leader. Little did they know their leader was the person they were protecting. Tim was not happy at this information.

He considered the kit, the grey jacket, and the disposable face mask. He laughed, which was too loud for someone who’d been bleeding in the cold for ten minutes.
“Fair point,” he said.
Three years ago, Tim Drake started quietly showing up after the Bats’ worst nights — anonymous, masked, and very good at not getting caught.
Lately, the family’s started comparing notes on a stranger who calls himself Red. They’ve also, separately, started falling for the quiet, snarky kid who lives alone in the house up the road.
They have no idea it’s the same person and Tim intends to keep it that way.

Summary
Tim Drake is starting his first year at Gotham academy as a 7th grader. He's 10 years old, and excited to finally stay in Gotham all year long rather than 4-ish months out of the year. He's excited to not have to go to boarding school and be able to follow the Bats almost every night.
None of these changes when he finds a radio in a box of electronical goodies. But Tim does have a brilliant idea to help the people of Gotham without putting himself in a questionable amount of danger.
Tim could start a radio reports station. He could compile information and thrice weekly report on it like a podcast. Gothamites could tune in to listen to his informational reports, it would be great and he could help people.
Things complicate when he discovers a trafficking ring in the Narrows being run by Black Mask. He obviously reports on it and investigates to learn more information.
But he has to do so while slowly getting on the radar of Black Mask, other criminals, and the Bats. And Jason Todd at school trying to befriend the tiny 10-year-old 7th grader and decides to start driving him to and from school every day.
But at least he's Rook now and can help people.
