Cas’s shoes storm past, swiftly fleeing the scene of the argument and beginning to rush down the hall.
Dean quickly follows after him with a bewildered, “Where are you goi—”
“Leaving, Dean! I’m leaving,” Cas whips around to shout, and only then does Dean’s heart drop into his stomach when he sees the wateriness of the angel’s eyes; making the blues glisten brighter than Dean has seen them all week.
TLDR: Castiel, regretting his dungeon confession and fearing that he's ruined the friendship, is captured by a Djinn who gives him the love-life he'd dreamed of...at the expense of his real life. Dean, secretly in love with the angel but unsure how to confess his reciprocation, must convince Castiel to come back to reality.

Summary
Being with Cas has been… good. Wonderful, even. They’ve got date night on Fridays, most evenings end tangled in each other’s arms, and they even spent Dean’s last heat together.
It should be perfect, really. If it weren’t for the teeny tiny problem that Dean still has no clue what Cas actually smells like, beneath the high-grade blockers and gallons of neutralizing spray. Which means Dean, stupidly in love and very much taken, doesn’t smell like it at all.
It grates more every day. And Cas doesn’t seem in any hurry to change that, though Dean can’t for the life of him figure out why.
