Kaveh leans closer to Sage Naphis. Reaches out, pressing his forehead against the sage’s bare hand. Paying his respects to an old teacher, head bowed, dupattā falling forward for the breath of a moment and cloaking him from Alhaitham's desperate gaze.

Kaveh storms into the room and sets the book on his desk with a large thud.
"Stop this ruse and tell me just what you intend to get out of this," Kaveh says, breathing furiously.
Al-Haitham studies him for a moment, visibly ruminating over a matter, and then something changes in his expression.
"Okay," he says, and then he pulls Kaveh over the desk by the lapels and kisses him fully on the mouth.
Al-Haitham is courting Kaveh. He is very smug about it.

“You’re glowing.”
Alhaitham rolls his eyes in an automated response, as if he wasn’t considering a similar sort of sentiment just a moment ago. “That's a new one.”
Kaveh scoffs as he settles on top of him. “I mean it quite literally, actually.” He motions towards Alhaitham’s chest.
Much to his own surprise, he finds that Kaveh is right. The emerald gem, nestled between his collarbones, resting below the hollow of his throat, is glowing–actually glowing. He watches it in confusion as it almost seems to pulse in a steady rhythm.
Alhaitham makes a discovery the first time Kaveh accompanies him to the desert.

After overhearing a fascinating story about an obscure temple tucked into some corner of Liyue Harbor, Childe had only meant to have a little fun at Zhongli's expense; he'd earned at least that much after the Osial Incident. Unfortunately for Childe, his track record at outmaneuvering Zhongli isn't exactly stellar.
There's a not-quite hysterical cadence to Childe's quiet words as he leans in closer, sweeping a hand wide to encompass shelves heavy with hundreds upon hundreds of icons and figurines depicting Rex Lapis in various forms both draconic and human, lovingly crafted and singularly, proudly well-endowed. "This is your dick temple," he whispers, for emphasis. "Just — here, in the middle of Liyue Harbor?"
"Worship comes in many forms, as a servant of the Cryo Archon is surely well aware," Zhongli says serenely, eyes narrowing in suspicion when Childe makes a small strangled sound to avoid pointing out the unfortunate innuendo. "What god would turn away a sincere offering?"
"The Tsaritsa doesn't have a dick temple," Childe mutters.

Summary
Diluc has experienced unimaginable losses in the last three years. Some were at the hands of fate, and some were the fault of his own negligence. His hostility and dark rage have cost him more than he would have ever been willing to lose.
Lost in his own grief, though, he never realized that he wasn't the only one suffering.
He doesn't need to repent. He knows no one blames him for his actions but himself. But that won't stop him from making up for it anyway.
Diluc and Kaeya may have lost each other and felt their worlds crumbling around them in very different ways, but that won't stop them from recovering together.

Kojiro’s eyebrows furrow. He pulls his eyes from watching Kaoru’s hands and finds himself entranced by the blush that stretches across Kaoru’s cheeks and nose.
“Do I?” Kojiro whispers, and then he’s moving closer, and closer, and closer, and- what the hell is he doing?
He acts before he thinks, sliding up right next to Kaoru.
“Kojiro,” Kaoru whispers in soft exclamation as arms snake around his waist.
“I’m sorry if I gave you the wrong impression.”
