Summary
Stolas sat on the plush rug in the centre of the room, Orion on his lap, holding a book open in his hands. The story was about a little girl getting her very first cat. “Can we get a pet?”
Stolas blinked down at his son. “Oh?” He had not expected to be asked that so suddenly. “Well, we should probably talk about it before deciding, Supernova.”
“I wouldn’t mind getting a pet!” Octavia piped in. She swiped the last of the popcorn before Loona could, receiving a playful flick to her forehead. “I always wanted one when I was little.”

After Orion requests the family get a pet, they adopt a new member—Water Boi the fish. Okay, so maybe he was going through a bit of a rough patch.
Nothing Blitzø couldn’t handle, but he did need a way to take the edge off and function at the fucking least. He had a business to run, and he wasn’t going to get anything done in the morning if he let the past torment his head all night. He just needed the fucking thoughts to stop, and he knew from experience that a bit of pain could go a long way.

Blitzø's gotten pretty good at keeping his act together. Shove it all down, keep it under lock and key. Don't say weird shit. It's always been easy to get everybody to buy the act, but there comes a day where Blitzø just gets sick of trying to force the show to go on.
Also known as: Blitzø's blackout bender adventure with an astounding lack of consequences. As always, Stolas is there to catch him when he falls.
