Yuu slumped deeper from where he was seated at the edge of the bed. Grim was snoring into the ancient (seriously, that thing was probably older than both of them combined) pillow. The blue flicker of his flames was the only light in the master bedroom. He was alone with his thoughts, now an unpleasant pastime. Yuu pressed his head into his knees. What was he going to do?

Summary
There was a new circus in the town plaza. You dug your face into the scratchy throw pillow and sighed. They were constantly handing out flyers and borderline harassing people. It was getting on everyone's nerves. Including yours. You would bet the circus employees hated it as much as the rest of you do, so why they chose to go along with it, you failed to understand. Money be damned, you would have quit.
You slumped deeper into the couch. People didn't say exclusively bad things, and, hell, those who attended the circus usually raved about it. Perhaps you were slightly interested.
