Summary
Being submerged in a new way of living can be, figuratively, a very stressful time for a sixteen-year-old. New school. New city. New friends.
And a new family, which can be a very fragile subject to handle.
Especially when you are forced to pretend to be someone who is no longer alive; all while looking for your missing twin, learning to keep your uncontrolled powers a secret, and discovering how not to lose your own identity with a body that is very much not your own.
(Y/N) Maximoff did not sign up for family drama. (Y/N) Wayne did not sign up to die young.
Both of them seem to become Death’s favorite tragedy.
Can Maximoff not lose herself in a place designed to see her crash and burn at the stake? Will she be able to find a place to belong? Learn to own up to her situation and even get some peace for the girl who is no longer amongst the living? Get some proper answers in a city full of mystery and secrets?
Thankfully, most of the questions have a positive outcome.
Can she escape from the haunting shadows of a family of obsessive bats?
That may be a lot harder to respond to, as expected.

It only takes a rainy night for a life to change.

Jim Gordon decides to believe people can change, and he gets proven right.
Harvey Dent is dead and buried in the dirty soil of Gotham City's Cemetery. Uncle Harv's only concerns are making sure he won't drive his kid to school late because she refuses to get out of bed, and that he will not be tempted to hurl his desk at his coworkers.
Matt Murdock can only hope that he won't get detained for unpaid child labor. And that his friend's niece would stop leaving pins or needles on his chair.

Summary
When a wave of murders related to a strange cult starts to create panic amongst the citizens of Gotham, it's up to their Dark Knight to solve this case before the streets of the city get stained with more than innocent blood.
With Bruce now officially retired from the mantle, the rest of the Bats have moved on with their lives. Some remain as crime fighters, and others give up that life altogether for something more normal and simple. But that new balance becomes threatened by the appearance of a new vigilante.
A vigilante whose version of justice leaves a trail of bodies.
Damian just needs to pass this ridiculous physics course, but his lab partner seems to make it her personal mission to keep him from doing so. And also test his patience to its limit.
Burnt clothes. Days she can’t recall what she did at night. Her Honda has been acting way too strange at the races. And a fuckass, annoying voice that demands to be fed the souls of… fakers?? Maybe she needs to stop watching those horror movies with her roommates.
But (Y/N) wasn’t promised to have a normal college experience. She’ll just have to suck it up.
