Summary
Harry's summer after his fourth year is spent having to relieve the events of the third task each night, weighed down by guilt and trauma. He has never had it easy, but with the wizarding world turning on him, he feels more alone than ever.
After the dementor attack and being forced out of No4 privet drive, he spends his summer at Grimmauld far from happy. His friends and godfather do nothing to ease his turbulent mind.His fifth year at Hogwarts begins as he spirals into depression, turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms. Izuku never expected when he jumped off that building, he'd land into the lap of something far more dangerous than literal death. Izuku never expected to find comfort in a creature that views life as so pointless and exhausting. Izuku never imagined how he'd changed from just talking to a being but then again, he's just died. So who's to say he can't be reborn?
Quirk: Accelerated Cell Growth
Allows the user to naturally grow cells on any part of their body. Additionally, these cells can be transformed and shifted to adapt to other creatures biology such as humans or animals. An unfortunate side affect of doing so is that the more the other creature consumes, the more their mental faculties will decrease and will eventually become addicted to the effects of the quirk.

Summary
When Harry is forced to endure a summer under Snape’s care, he’s uncertain he has the will to bear through whatever his professor has in store for him.
With the ghost of Cedric over his shoulder, the echo of his relatives’ treatment ringing in his ears, and the absence of anyone he thought still cared about him weighing on his chest, he knows that with just a little more pressure he may totally crumble.
As Harry is plagued by the many consequences of Voldemort’s return, Severus attempts to suffer through the burden of arming the boy’s mind against his original master, all while continuing his subterfuge at the Dark Lord’s feet.
When a connection of consciousness is wound between them, and certain truths about Harry are revealed, they have no choice but to bend to the consequences, and hope they emerge on the other side better for it.
