A normal day for Perry. Leave home just as his boys begin brainstorming. Get a thwarty call for Doofenshmirtz. Go to Doofenshmirtz. Get taken out of present day, and Danville, and desposited in the thick of Wales with Heinz, meeting this team of alien/time-deity fighters called "Torchwood".

Summary
