Summary
After hearing about a Mysterious Creature at school, Dave and Rose team up with classmates John and Jade to search for excitement in the woods. From there, the town's mysteries seem to appear out of nowhere.
A story of bonding between four surprisingly lonely kids and the hi-jinks they get up to in the name of scientific discovery and friendship.
Or, what happens when the author wants friendship bonding times mixed with supernatural tropes (no affiliation with the TV show, though).

Summary
A light click pops louder than a gunshot in your head, even though it was quieter than any sound you’ve ever heard. It’s like the pressure on the platform changes in the time it takes for you to pull the door open. The door creaks for a moment…
then it stops.
It stays there, cracked open slightly, with your hand on the door. Shining, bright, white light begins to spill at the seams, stretching out towards you but not quite reaching you just yet.
There is no more sound. No cheering, no giggling, no soft words reach your ears as it all slows down.
There is nothing except the woman who is now standing in front of you. You are face to face with the symbol of Space, god robe fabric singed with ever-burning green fire, and you tilt your head up to the empty void where you know her eyes should be.
OR:
At the door at the end of the game, a Muse and an Heir discuss the future of their reality and what it would take to change it.

Summary
But at the end of your little trek, following more broken branches and finding more of the blue… whatever they were, you find a very… strange creature. You know exactly what it is; you’d have to be an idiot to not know what the hell that thing was. The problem was you never expected to see one. Why would you? Its large body was curled in on itself and its long tail wrapped tightly around it. Little patches of red oozed from where it’s bright blue scales must have been torn off as it crashed into the trees.
“Fuck.” You mutter, breaking the heavy silence of the forest. Of all the things to find, it has to be a fucking dragon.Bookmarked by EclipsedEnigma

Summary
The thing was, Grian died.
Which meant he was back at the Watchers. Hermitcraft was merely an interlude. That was what they promised him. However, Grian couldn’t accept such an untimely end, so he pleaded for another go, no matter the consequences. Strangely, the Watchers allow it, as long as he follow one caveat.
Or: Grian has to reveal the worst parts of himself. It doesn’t go well.
