"I'd like you to meet your new roommate." Hannibal almost narrows his eyes at this statement, but stops himself at the last moment.
~ Roommate? ~ Mischa's voice hisses next to his ear.
~ It seems we're getting to know the new kid. ~ Hannibal answers in a resigned tone.
"Lecter, this is Will Graham. Will, this is Hannibal Lecter. He will be your roommate, if you need anything, feel free to ask him. Hannibal is one of our best students, I'm sure he will be able to answer all your questions." As the teacher says these things, he steps away from Hannibal's line of site.

Summary
Will Graham has known he's a "Fork" since he was 18. He had lost all sense of taste and had been living with an aching sense of hunger since. And he would have to live with that hunger for the rest of his life, because he knows what it'd mean to satisfy that need. He knows that it would destroy him and those around him. He's spent so long hiding. He can't let anyone know the kind of monster he really is.
Unfortunately, after meeting Will Graham once, Dr. Hannibal Lecter has his own speculations about the man. He has always been eager to meet new and fascinating individuals. He wonders what darkness Will is hiding, and he wonders just what darkness he can draw to the surface. Luckily, after finding out what he really is, Hannibal's plans for Will change, perhaps for the better. Will Graham will be his, one way or another.
After Jack Crawford asks to borrow Will's imagination for the Minnesota Shrike case and requests a psychological profile from Dr. Lecter, he inadvertently causes the catalyst event that will change the fate of many lives.
