Summary
Much of this story simply puts the movie into words while fleshing out the inner world of its characters, chiefly Hae-Joo Chang, but others as well. I also filled in missing details of the plot and setting that had me wondering, and imagined additional ways its beloved cast of intertwined souls might be connected. I refer to very few of the souls in their various incarnations by name, but hopefully you will recognize all of them. I threw in connections to some other stuff I love, too. I wish you as much joy in reading as I had in writing this!

"I believe there is another world waiting for us, Sixsmith. A better world. And I'll be waiting for you there. I believe we do not stay dead long. Find me beneath the Corsican stars where we first kissed."
Sixsmith waits for their time to come, and he remembers, and dreams, and hopes beyond hope that Frobisher was right about a better world.
He was.

ABSTRACT
This paper is a conclusive analysis of the lodgings of Richard Mahoney (AKA Mike Milligan) during his and Joseph Mahoney's time in Liberal, KA. After discussing the state of the problem thus far, the paper presents and contextualizes recently-unveiled information that has made it possible to positively identify the so-called "Barton Arms Hotel" once and for all.
