It starts with Cartman waking up in their basement tied to a chair. Kyle did this to him but it’s consensual. It’s kinda meant to be funny.Kyle did this because Cartman made a comment one time about how Kyle doesn’t go as all out to him when expressing his sexual and romantic desire to him like he does. So kyle did the obvious- Knock out and “kidnap” his husband in their shared home basement to create a horny fantasy that Cartman has shared to him before.
The themes comedic. With Kyman being silly. They argue(over Cartman telling him how he could’ve kidnapped him better 💀) and then they fuck lol)
Kyle tops first but then Cartman gets the upper hand.
