"One room, please," says Etho, the legendary rogue who saved the kingdom from the usurpers who attempted to overthrow King Cleo. The man is May's childhood hero from bedtime stories and coincidentally her first and most passionate celebrity crush. She keeps a tight fist around her emotions to keep from swooning. Looking too excited is a fast way to find oneself barred from entering private rooms one would very much like to be in.
"How many beds would you like?" May asks politely. The short man fighting to peer over Etho's shoulder glares at her.

"Bdubs," mumbles Etho, wondering if his whole body is on fire or if maybe he's just dying for real now, "What the hell are you doin'?"
"Carryin' you home, sweetheart!" says Bdubs cheerfully. He's got one pack slung over each shoulder--each close to overflowing with stone and ores--and he's carrying Etho like he doesn't weigh a thing. And oh, he's so warm. The cave had been freezing, and maybe the blood loss hadn't helped, but Bdubs is like a furnace.
"'Kay," says Etho carefully, "Why?"

Bdubs really doesn't cope well with death, impermanent though it may be. Somehow, Etho copes even worse with being called sweetheart and babydoll while carried home, faint from blood loss, in Bdubs' weirdly strong arms.

He stripped his armour off, putting it into a chest before dropping his weapons in as well. The only thing he had left was his clock, which he carefully set on his bedside table.
It was only then that he realised that he wasn’t alone.
Snoring softly, sprawled out in a bed that definitely wasn’t his, was the one and only Etho Slab.
Bdubs shouldn’t have been too shocked, in all of his exhaustion he had completely forgotten that Etho had returned to the server. He had found the man in his basement, but had honestly thought that it was a joke. How was he supposed to know that Etho seriously was planning on living under his tower?
“Oh brother! Are you serious?” He whined, quiet enough to not wake Etho. Rather than start an argument and ruin both their nights, he just clambers onto the bed, unwilling to give up on a beautiful night of sleep just because Etho decided to take up residence in his space. Bdubs settles, but not without complaining, “I’ve got a freaking king in my attic, and an exile in my basement, and now you’re taking up half of my dang bed.” Etho finally seemed to stir, grumbling as Bdubs tucks himself in.--
Etho comes home, not just to Hermitcraft, but to Bdubs as well.

So. Here’s the thing—Bdubs is not an idiot, okay? He just ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time. And he may have made a questionable choice, but he was having a weird day and he hadn’t had a thing to drink since he’d started working on the nether hub and it really, truly wasn’t his fault that he ended up drinking Etho’s so-called love potion.

Bdubs knows a lot about Etho. From how he became a vampire, to how he likes his coffee.
Just as 'BdoubleO' isn't the name on his drivers license though, Bdubs is pretty sure that 'Etho' isn't the name Etho had two hundred years ago.
It's not something he should be curious about. Definietly not something he should ask about. But he's going to anyway.
