Perhaps even because there is not a real explanation for what he is doing to himself.

After a rebel group of Kingdom workers captured Phoenix on an seemingly trouble-free mission, things quickly went awry. Used as ransom, Phoenix was painfully aware of his place among humans. He was less than a thing, and Kingdom was very happy to remind him of that, because old grievances are not forgotten and the past somehow always catches up with Phoenix - as if to remind him that even though he survived, his life is not his.
And as Phoenix once heard, the best way to destroy relationships is from within. Kingdom probably heard that too.

Summary
Neon was young, too young for her to be taken away by a lifeless metal and turned into a screeching weapon that was supposed to kill two worlds. Summary

Timeline:
- First Light occurred in October 2049, leading to the greatest tragedy of modern mankind and nearly one billion deaths, with approximately 8% of the population becoming Radiants.
- Valorant protocol had been created by Mirai "Sage" Kimura in 2060 with Brimstone as commander and Breach as third co-founder.
- The fourth member became Brilly "Rosa" Colombo in 2064 on the recommendation of Kingdom and dying within the first month of service.
- Subsequently, Sova, Phoenix, Killjoy, Jett and then others joined Valorant in succession.
- The main plot point is set in the year 2070....

Yunho runs a Pokémon blog called PokéPal with his longtime friend and Videographer, Wooyoung. They feature Pokémon and their trainers that they meet on their travels, and it's gotten decently popular. One day in Celadon City, Yunho meets an adorable Raichu in a Pirate costume and her handsome trainer Hongjoong.
He fumbles his way through the interview, taken by the handsome man, but realizes too late that he didn't ever ask what Hongjoong did as a career. It's okay, though; when the post goes up, Yunho finds he made a complete fool out of himself in front of the Champion, Kim Hongjoong.
Great. Just ... great. At least he won't see Hongjoong again.
