Summary
The war at Marineford goes just a little bit differently when amidst Luffy's dawning exhaustion, continuous stress and depleting reserves brought forth from Ivankov's 'healing sessions' and the countless injuries he has sustained from Sabaody, Amazon Lily, Impel Down and the very battlefield he currently kneels in now, he not only activates Conqueror's Haki but also Observation.
What if Shanks arrives earlier than in canon because he knows deep down (and worries - the stupid little kid he adores is almost always in the middle of chaos ever since he set sail) that his Anchor will fight tooth and nail for his sworn brother? What if Luffy's Observation Haki activates moments before Akainu targets him with a magma punch? But as things always go for Luffy, what if his Observation Haki shows him far more than just a few seconds into the future but actually years forward?

Summary
Cale had his fair share of experience with curses.
Once, his infant body had been stolen as a vessel by a thousand-year-old reincarnator who had been cursed by a god, and his soul was forced to reborn on Earth as a Korean named Kim Rok Soo.
In his second life, due to the curse affecting his soul, Kim Rok Soo grew up plagued by misfortunes and facing setbacks in life. Losing his parents, his childhood, and his supposedly ordinary college life. And if that wasn't enough, the whole world turned upside down in chaos, and he even lost his two best friends whom he considered as his family.
Of course, that didn't stop there. Long later, his body was then forcibly occupied by the original Cale who had made a deal with a god, the same god who cursed the reincarnator. And he and the original Cale exchanged lives.
In short, the current Cale (former Kim Rok Soo) has enough of these damn curses.
Unfortunately, that didn't stop him from becoming one of the qualified vessels of Sukuna, the King of Curses, due to his shitty luck.

I had been rereading the first few chapters of This Bites! when an idea had hit me. 'What if...'
I then shook my head, Self-Inserts and OCs weren't my cup of Tea. And generally, they weren't anyone's. This Bites! was just an exception.'Well,' I had thought, clicking the 'New Work' button and donning a challenging grin on my face. 'I was always a Tea enthusiast. All flavours are all welcome. Summary
Waking up in hospital, (y/n) is thrusted into a seemingly new life that she has no recollection of. Having clear memories of her “previous life” she is adamant that the life she is now thrown into is not her own. This is further enforced by the realisation that she’s somehow woken up in the world of Death Note. With no memories of the life she is now expected to live and lacking a way to return to her own reality, she is stumped.
Not to mention she’s somehow reverted to the young age of 11 years old. Not ideal for the once 21 year old. Although, that’s not even the worst of her issues. No matter how hard she tries to avoid the main protagonist, Light Yagami, it seems that it’s all for naught.
The Gods of her new reality seem to have the new fun hobby of watching her struggle. This is more evident when she starts developing… feelings.
