Summary
“Hylia-” Warriors prayer was cut off by his own sob. “Please don’t take him away from me again-” His knees were getting uncomfortably wet, and it took him a second to realize that it was because of his son’s blood seeping through them.
“Warriors-” Time’s voice filtered through the thudding of his own heartbeat that he could hear in his ears. The tone of voice only meant one thing, and Warriors sobbed again.
“No-” Warriors eased up on the pressure, and pulled his son to his chest, the blood soaking not only his tunic, but his scarf an ugly shade. “Please. Mask, we can fix this, we can-”
Time shook his head and wiped at his own eye, squeezing Twilight’s shoulder before walking over and dropping down beside him. “We can’t fix this. I’m sorry.”

Summary
It ends with the Bats freezing, as if they had heard something horrible, before turning to stare at the collapsed building. It ends with the Bats sitting at the edge of the rubble that was once a building, seemingly trying to get closer to the one trapped underneath. It ends with Nightwing singing brokenly, the other Bats humming along amidst tears. It ends with the end of the song, with sobs of grief and screams of pain. It ends with everyone nearby realising that one of the Bats who had been there was missing.

Beautiful, Read/noticed this after I read the sequel. That didn't take away from the many tears I shed over this. Even knowing it isn't fully permanent, the author is so good at writing pain and grief that I still cried a lot.

Amazing fic where Tim dies (before story), wakes up in his own grave and is rescued by Jason, Alfred, & Duke. Tim is paralyzed due to the injure of which he had died from. Amazing representation of wheelchair uses and how it feels to start emotionally processing a disability. Plus amazing Young Justice hugging Tim.

"Yeah." Wild swallowed thickly, forcing bile down his throat.
"Well?" Legend raised an impatient eyebrow, and Wild turned away. How was he going to explain this? He'd told them virtually nothing of his journey. How was he supposed to convey how terrible this situation was? That the Blights had been revived.
"Come on. We're heading towards Zora's Domain."A gang-meets-Wild fic with an actual plot (I think). Featuring a Wild who's a tad more secretive about his journey.

Summary
Wild steps out of the portal, looking both exhausted and victorious through all the grime and dirt that sticks to his body, and he only beams brighter once he spots them just a few feet away from him.
All of them are able to share a relieved smile with their missing champion before he’s swallowed up by the stone hard ground beneath his feet.
“Seriously?!” Wind shrieks as he glares at the cobble stones that have stolen both his face and brother. “You wanna go, bridge? You wanna go!?”
(Or the one where the Chain is able to reunite with the brother that got taken away for another quest only for said brother to get eaten by a bridge out of nowhere.)
