Summary
The RCM was in for a rough spring. Civil unrest threatens to erupt as the Union, Wild Pines, and various actors of Revachol's underbelly vie for control over the city. Kim is adjusting well to his transfer to Precinct 41, but the streets of Jamrock, and his new colleagues, are not without their faults. As the hot edges of wartime bleed into Revachol faster than anyone could expect, Kim is pushed to the inevitable edge as the comforts of 'status quo' melt away.
It is a good thing, Kim thinks, that Harry is here.
