He didn't accept it. No, he would do whatever it took to recapture the life he deserved. Even if that was only possible during an equinox ball, where he could live one anonymous night at a time as a captivating celestial being.

Liam doesn’t think he hit his head on the way down, but the details leading up to their current predicament are a little hazy. He knows four things for sure.
1.) Theo had refused to explain what he was doing here when Liam asked, and had gone so far as to laugh when Liam suggested he was reverting back to his stalker-ish ways.
2.) Liam may have thrown the initial punch in their impromptu fistfight, but it was Theo who tackled him to the floor after both their noses got bloodied up.
3.) Theo had also been the one to connect their mouths.
4.) Theo isn’t wearing a shirt. Or shoes.
