u/NerdIsabeauTrutherThere's been plenty of controversy over the post made by OutOfTheLoop that details a supposed secret character in Changing Times in a Frozen Land named "Siffrin," and I felt the only reasonable course of action was to see if I could verify their claims myself.
I can now say for certain that Siffrin is a real character, so here's a pseudo-tutorial on the steps I took to unlock them.

"Aw, come on," Grian muttered to himself from his vantage point atop the display shelves. He scribbled out another sticky note and crouched, waiting for Mumbo to turn around, then got tired of waiting and sneaked to the side to place the sticky note just to the right of him.
It took some effort. The sticky notes were three-quarters of his height, and they kept sticking to his hands.

Nearing spawn, X notices a crumpled shape in the grass. As he gets closer, he sees that it's a player- based on their name tag, they’re clearly Solidarity. X hears a faint noise, and as he lands, he realizes it's coming from the player.
The player is a young man, blonde and covered with dirt. There's an ashen look to his skin and hair, but the canary wings on his back are bright, even in the night. The man’s eyes are wide open, gazing at the sky. He chokes on his own blood, an arrow sticking out of his throat.
Or, everyone on 3rd Life wakes up on Hermitcraft after their final deaths.
