Aira pouted, grabbing one of her beloved heart pillows and clutched it to her chest and between her knees. "Am not. Dunno what you're talking about."
"You're still sad because Momo and Takakura are… getting married." Vamola looked smug at her own explanation, just as Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" started playing. Was the alien girl learning about rickrolls? Was that what this was. Either that, or she learned about them from Enjoji.

And how desperately [REDACTED] wished he could go clothing shopping with Momo, but just the thought of being shown a crop top or a skirt made his stomach do somersaults. It was ridiculous too, especially since Momo liked different forms of fashion, and there was a very real chance that she wouldn't mind him trying out more masculine clothing.
[REDACTED]'s eyes set on the television once again, as Ken-san's love interest begged him not to go into battle, that he was hurt, but Ken-San refused to back down. He was going to protect those who needed him, no matter the cost.
And [REDACTED] wished for a singular moment that her name was Ken, if he was born a boy.
But the moment passed, and the thought vanished as quickly as it appeared. Because girls weren't supposed to think like that.

Aira was estatic.
Well, her life was already pretty great, but today was an extra special ocassion! She was going out on a date, with her girlfriend!
And of course, it was extra special because she'd only went on dates with men up until now, and that was typically to use her charming looks to persuade them into paying for dinner. A bit cold hearted, but when they only talked about the type of sports they liked to watch/play for an hour straight, Aira liked to believe that it was compensation for being an active listener.
No, this would be her first date with a lady. Her girlfriend of two days, who apparently had never gone out to eat before. So naturally, Aira was going to remedy this fact.

Ken Takakura didn't matter.
He repeated this to himself like a mantra, embracing how his feet were curved into something more primal and fit for running. How he propelled himself into The Fairytale Card with a 3rd All-Out, the weight of its form breaking underneath him. As Okarun sucked in a sharp breathe in between a mouthful of teeth that were too-sharp, he could taste his own blood fall onto his tongue, still warm and fresh.
The moment his transformation faded, it was like someone set a match to his skin, seeping under his muscles as gravity took hold and made him collapse. He braced himself against the cold pavement, gritting his teeth together at how his arms were trembling.
Miss Ayase wasn't out yet. They weren't finished.

Summary
Ken Takakura had long since relented to his daily life of school bullies, no friends, and ultimately being alone, only for the universe to finally give him the chance at making a bond when THE Momo Ayase stands up for him.
….Only for him to blow it.
Despite missing out on a golden opportunity, Ken refused to not at least give Miss Ayase his thanks. So with one little note placed inside a shoe locker, a bond is slowly built and two lives are slowly changed.
A No Power AU, where Ken misses out on his chance to follow after Momo, and decided to reach out in a different way.
