Charles was bewitched by both boys. The blue eyes followed him wherever he went, they were everywhere, and he liked it. So he come up with a plan to make sure those stormy eyes would never leave him.
It was a very stupid plan, even Lando would agree.
But to everyone's surprise, it worked. Because those two pairs of stormy eyes didn't want to leave him either.
