When his teeth sink into the soft skin of the wolf’s scent gland all struggles cease. The body beneath him goes limp and pliant, the wolf’s head tilting away to allow him better access. He relaxes his jaw and licks over the fresh wound before nuzzling into the scent gland this time. It produces a fresh wave of the heavenly mixture and Hyunjin can pick out the sweet-sour tinge of rhubarb a little better this time. It’s mixed in with something else. Something delicious that he doesn’t know the name of. He doesn’t need to know.

Summary
Right after getting his priesthood, Jeongin starts second guessing his life choices.
The world becomes a lot clearer once he meets Hyunjin.“I love the world, but I just don't love the way it makes me feel.” Jeongin lets out his innermost feelings, bare in front of him without any fear. There’s something about Hyunjin, it’s in his deep brown gaze and his intense yet warm stare. In a moment where Jeongin struggles to understand what’s real or not, Hyunjin is the most tangible and concrete being in his life.
Smoke flutters in the air, covering his vision for a second before traveling high towards the ceiling of the rented hotel room. “I hope the world will start to make you feel good,” Hyunjin says, offering his cigarette to him. “That’s my wish for you.”
Jeongin takes it and places the filter between his lips to take a drag. He remembers Hyunjin’s instructions, to hold it in before letting it out. It still tingles in his throat, and the ending part feels hot as it grows closer to his fingers — burning fast, just like him.
“You make me feel good,” he answers honestly.
Hyunjin’s lips tilt into a smile. “Yeah?”Hyunjin didn’t know devotion, until he met Jeongin.

Summary
Changbin squints at him, trying to make out anything out of the ordinary about his physical appearance – maybe he had an extra ear somewhere, or even antennae hidden away but to no avail, Hyunjin seemed perfectly human from the outside. Now that Changbin thinks back to their initial encounter, it did seem strange that he was just there at the crash site and not at all confused about the weird metal flower right behind him.

“If you want to.” Hyunjin mumbled, uncapping his bottle of water.
“We sound like a married couple talking about having kids.” He said with a scoff, remembering a story his parents once told him. Hyunjin choked hard on his water. Changbin patted him in the back worriedly, the younger had gotten beat red from the strain clutching at his knees. A few heads of random passersby turned at the commotion. “You good? That’s why I always stop to drink water.”

“Please, marry me. Or I can… hip… I can be whatever you want me to be,” the guy says, looking up from his place at Hyunjin's feet. “And I can, like… hip… get a job and buy you things forever. Hip. A house.”
“Jesus, Jeongin. Is this really how you plan on wooing him?” His friend sighs, still trying to pull him back up by the neck of his shirt. He simply won't budge, no matter how hard he tugs. “By telling him you're unemployed?”
“And clearly desperate,” Jeongin's other friend adds, swirling the straw in his cocktail without offering any help.
Jeongin bats the hands that have been pestering him out of the way, peeling his eyes off of Hyunjin to stare at the other two men with a drunken frown. “I told you I… hip… have an interview this week.”
— this is definitely new.
Drunk Jeongin drops to his knees and begs Hyunjin to marry him. To the surprise of everybody, it works like a charm.
