“I am officially investing in a proper bathtub,” he announces while reluctantly slinging his leg over the lip of the bath. The cold air makes him shudder violently, water spilling off his calf and rolling down his ankle to drip off his foot. “This thing can’t possibly be sized correctly.”
“You’re just too tall,” Wriothesley laughs fondly. “And I’m too broad.”
“Even more reason to invest in a larger one.”
Neuvillette just wants to unwind at the end of a long day, preferably with his husband close by. Unfortunately, we don't always get what we want.

Neuvillette hummed in response, his cold hands already under Wriothesley’s old sweater and his pointy nose close to his collarbone, trying to absorb as much warmth as he could. “I’m alright, my beloved. I just wish I could stay indoors until it’s spring again.” He sighed, a little dramatic, and Wriothesley chuckled at that.
