The hiatus was supposed to be simple, it was supposed to be fun! Instead, when a new breed of demon attempts to attack HUNTR/X, Mira jokes and the demon takes her request a little too literally. Throwing the trio into a void and displacing them by 26 years, to a time when the Sunlight Sisters were at the peak of their popularity.
Maybe the Saja Boys were just proving that history repeats itself.

“That’s always been there,” Caitlyn deadpans, trying not to flush under the realisation of how frivolous it is.
“And you didn’t tell me?”
“Precisely because I knew you’d be insufferable about it.”
Vi’s grin sharpens. “Scared I might get my fill of cupcake elsewhere?”
Caitlyn and Vi have a sweet little lunchbreak date.

“Studying.”
“I see. Take off your boxers.”
Vi’s mouth dropped open. The book nearly slipped from her hands. “I’m sorry... I think I heard that wrong.”
“You heard me perfectly. Take them off,” Caitlyn ordered, her fingers already flying through the buttons of her own blouse. “And be glad you aren't wearing those tight jeans.. you take forever to get out of those.”
Vi was actually a little offended. Those jeans made her ass look great, and she knew for a fact the girls loved it
“What? Oh... hey... no. My jeans are fine,” Vi stammered, trying to keep up. “And wait...slow down, Cupcake. You just got dumped by your girlfriend and now you want me to take off my boxers?”
“Yes. She pissed me off, and I’ve decided that riding you will make me feel better.” Caitlyn said it casually, as if she were merely ordering her morning coffee.
“Oh.”

Vi reached out in a rage and grabbed her wrist to keep her from leaving, “Then why are you the one acting like her?”
Caitlyn remained silent as she faced away from Vi. Ragged breaths escaping her lips.
Vi wished she would turn around and face her. Let her see what feelings were roaming beneath the surface.
Instead, she said icily, “Let’s go.”
