Mr Bridgerton's brow creases and he looks down at his leg, at the rope wound about his large fingers.
"Yes, Penelope. The feeling is like none other. I am able to… well." He clears his throat and his back straightens. He has never said so many words to her all at once, Penelope realises. "The rope allows one to forget one's troubles for a few moments."
Penelope does not think before she says:
"I am yours to command, sir."
OR maid penelope suggests to her widowed master that he ties her up. for his mental health of course

Grow up Penelope. Colin was and never will be yours, the small voice in the back of her head shouted.
"Happy tears for the couple, I hope?" Next to her Anthony sipped on his glass of whiskey. Penelope dared a small glance his way. She knew that if she tried to speak all her strength and resolve would disappear so she just nodded. A forced smile on her face praying Anthony wouldn't notice but he did. "I think you might need this more than me" he handed her his glass and she took it down in one gulp.
No one was looking her way, no one ever did so she bee lined it to the bar. She would need more than just one glass of whiskey if she wanted to survive tonight. But one person did notice. Anthony Bridgerton, the wrong Bridgerton.

Summary
Penelope focuses on keeping her breathing even, it's easier as time ticks by. She tries to keep her attention focused on a base sitting on a table along the wall. She fights against the urge to fidget or make herself small and become one with the wall as all these men stare at her. Their brushes painting her body on a canvas where it will live forever. And so the time goes by like this. Slowly, painfully slow.
Benedict taps the end of his pencil against his chin, his eyes tracing every dip, every indentation on her boy, mapping the freckles that decorate her shoulder. He hums as he begins to circle around her. The breath she's been holding begging to be released but her core only tightens. His fingers trace the line of her back all the way to its base.
Benedict lowers, his lips only inches from the tip of he ear as she feels the breath leave his lips the moment he speaks, "I've never seen you before".
