Her second thought, following right on the heels of the first, is that Hermione is going to be unbelievably annoyed, first at Hari, for being so wrong, and then at Ron, for being so right.

Summary
A man wakes up one day to find that he isn't in his apartment, isn't in his own body, and isn't even on Earth anymore. The language, the geography, the culture, the stars, and even the technology level are all different. Even worse, in this backwards medieval society he had found himself in, he woke up in the body of a woman. A woman who had just given birth to her first child, a son.
He's not really cut out for this whole 'motherhood' thing. It could be worse; at least he's a noblewoman, and really, Robb is such a sweet child...

Summary
At the start of the outbreak, Daryl and Glenn accidentally acquire a baby. Coparenting with a stranger in the burgeoning apocalypse has its challenges. But, maybe, it also has its perks.

The sound took him to a trailer not far from the Dixon residence. Through the adrenaline and the throbbing headache, Daryl knew that there was something about this particular trailer that felt significant. He stepped over the short garden edging and onto the haphazardly arranged stone path. The ground cover crunched underfoot and it was only his gaze catching on the stroller folded up beside the door that made him realise. There was a baby here. Kid had cried so much since being brought home that Daryl’s old man had made a few threats about what he’d do to the baby and their momma if the noise didn’t cut out. The mom was young, a hell of a lot younger than she looked, but she hadn’t cowed down to Will Dixon. Too brave or too stupid. Those two often looked alike.
The baby was crying.
The baby was still alive.

Summary
For most of Leonard McCoy's life, he was sure he only had one soulmate, just like almost everyone else. He was fourteen when that went to hell in a handbasket when he woke up with a bruise on his eye that was most definitely green and not red like all the others. And there's only one alien species that he was aware of that had green blood - Vulcans.
So apparently he had two soulmates, one who was very much human like himself and another that was not. As if it wasn't already going to be hard enough finding one soulmate, life had to throw in a second one on an entirely different planet into the mix.
