Summary
Twenty years after walking away from Miranda in Paris, Andy finds herself back at Runway. The magazine is struggling, the Features department is a mess, and working here again is probably the worst idea she’s ever had. But Andy refuses to be intimidated. She’s older now, smarter, far more experienced, and much less willing to be rattled than she was at twenty-four. Even when the person doing the rattling is Miranda Priestly herself.
Because despite Miranda’s convenient act of selective amnesia, Andy knows perfectly well that she has forgotten nothing. Not the eight months they spent caught in one other’s orbit, and definitely not that last night in Paris that ruined everything between them.
At first, Andy is determined to keep things professional, prove she belongs at Runway on her own terms, and ignore the history still lingering between them. But as outside pressure mounts and old feelings start to resurface, she finds herself falling for Miranda all over again, and this time, Miranda isn’t doing nearly as good of a job pretending she isn’t falling too.

Summary
Andrea Sachs has been married to Miranda Priestly for three years. She also happens to be a professional hockey player. Miranda never cared for the sport and thus has no clue about it. When Andy invites her to a game, she witnesses how brutal a hockey series can be. Even worse, her daughters express interest in entering the sport.

I’ve never read ABO content before and only found this story by accident. The author deserves full marks. I detest the name Christian Thompson so much. In one fanfic, Andy and Miranda yelled that name hundreds of times during their fight, which drove me up the wall. I can’t comprehend why people like to feature him repeatedly in Mirandy fics and ruin their bond. I really wish something bad would happen to him.
