God, Dustin really missed Steve. Between Eddie’s campaigns, attending Lucas’s games and diving into a whole new journey of learning, Dustin hardly had time to hang out with him. He tried to visit Family Video as much as he could, but as time passed, he started noticing that Steve was acting weirder and weirder. The worst thing? He wasn’t always weird. It was just in his interactions with Dustin that something seemed to have been shifting slightly, and it drove him up the wall. It was very hard to not grit his teeth at the observation that Steve was still completely the same with Robin.
OR: the story of Dustin's jealousy problem. Steve isn't faring much better.

Her eyes went wide as the orange ball of fur turned and nuzzled its face against her arm. A loud purr filled her office, like a teeny tiny chainsaw revving up.
Ted’s face broke into a wide smile. “Oh, he likes you.”
Rebecca’s expression softened, a smile tugging at her lips.

Ted was an emotional man, there was no denying that. Out of all of the human emotions, anger was one that he didn’t experience often. He took pride in being patient and level-headed, and it was common knowledge that it's awfully hard to cross Theodore Lasso.
“Look, I’m trying to be cool about this, but I am just seeing red everywhere.” Ted removes his hand from his face, snapping his eyes up to meet Rebecca’s. He shoves his now trembling hands into his pockets.
