Summary
Tony has had a pretty shitty last few months. First Pepper finally realized he was never going to be what she needed and dumped him. Now the UN panel is working on the pardon of Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes, the last two people in the world he would ever want to see. The sudden arrival of Thor and Bruce, crashing a spaceship into the forest around the Avengers Compound would not be an unwelcome surprise if not for the fact Loki was with them. Both Bruce and Thor insist Loki has changed and is no longer a threat to Earth or anyone on it. What happened out in space to make them believe Loki has changed? And has he really?

Summary
"Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones."
Loki's life is a glass house. The walls are built of Odin's approval, his place in Asgard, his knowledge of himself, and his love for his family. The walls were cracked by the truth, but Odin's desire to use and control Loki made them come crashing down around him.
This is how he builds a new house with something stronger than glass and stands up to blows that are tougher than mere stones.

Loki knew what he had to do. He had the tesseract in his pocket dimension, and only he could access it. So, what was the one way to seal it off by killing himself? He hated the idea of dying for real this time; it was so easy the first time, but now he had everything he ever wanted, and it was going to be taken away. He looked Thanos in the eye, stuck out his hand, and summoned a knife, driving straight into his neck.
Loki tries to kill himself to keep the tesseract away from Thanos, and it doesn't work

Loki spoke quietly. Tiredly. His voice had lost all its charm, and all that was left was raw vulnerability. “I… have nowhere else to go.” The question was implicit.
He swallowed, and Gamora wondered if she had ever seen him so vulnerable. Not for a long time, not since he had first come to Sanctuary, before he had been hardened. Just like her and Nebula had been. They had all been forged in the same flames, hadn’t they?
“Please, Sister?”
She looked at him, silent and trying to hide the fidgeting of his hands behind his back, and caught his eye, watching as he held his breath. She recalled what Drax had said: Family. She wanted hers whole.
And then Gamora smiled softly at her brother, and gestured up the gangplank. “Welcome aboard, Loki.”

What if Loki had never been sent to Earth by Thanos? What if he stayed on Sanctuary for years, spending time with Gamora and Nebula and others of the Black order until 2014, when he was sent with the sisters to aid Ronan in his quest? What if, soon after, Loki joined the Guardians of the Galaxy?
I just wanted to write a fic where Loki Nebula and Gamora bond and become siblings, and Loki joins the GotG for wacky space hijinks, okay?
