Just Yoshiki and Hikaru exploring each other in that unique way of theirs. Oh, and they're in Tokyo, happy.

"Can you feel it like that?" Yoshiki asked. "My soul."
Hikaru hummed. "Somewhat. This body is a barrier though. On the other hand, if I do this-" Hikaru said, letting his index finger melt at the tip, as his true form came out, like a tendril.
Yoshiki held his breath, as the tendril snaked its way through the gap in his shirt between two buttons, and came in contact with his skin.
It felt like a lick, almost. Like a drop of cold drink spilled on his chest, except heavier.
It wasn't even that cold. But Yoshiki felt like it was sucking off his body heat.
But it was not unpleasant at all.
"Like this..." Hikaru went on, "I can feel it better. With my insides. And if I seep in through your body like this-"
Yoshiki felt the cold sensation sink deeper into his chest.
"Perfect...."

Summary
It was 'Hikaru'’s own suggestion to ask if they could experiment with kissing. It’s something 'Hikaru' has never done before, and yet something that seems to be very significant to humans. He doesn’t have the physical urge itself driving him, not like he does for other kinds of touches such as the ones reaching into him and closer to his core, but the sheer curiosity is enough for him. He wants to know what he has missed trying so far, and Yoshiki is the person with whom he wants to share every experience.

Summary
The first thing his beating heart ever does is lie, announcing to the world that Hikaru Indou is alive.
He absolutely doesn’t belong here, without a soul of his own. His insides roll and quiver in a hungry void, completely out of place with the twinkling lights of the human souls all around him. Even the animal souls nearby keep their distance. He shouldn’t be here. He doesn’t feel like he’s allowed to be here.
He’s happy he is anyway.

Summary
Hikaru blinked. A red glow gathered in his pupils as Yoshiki's soul came into focus. So bright. So pretty. Hikaru was sure, Yoshiki's soul was the prettiest thing he'd ever seen. He always felt drawn to it. Just being near it made the endless void of his insides feel a bit warmer. Without thinking, he sat up and crawled towards that warmth he always craved. He was kneeling by Yoshiki's bed, arms resting on the edge, before he realized what he was doing.
Can't do that to him, he thought.

Summary
Hikaru doesn’t get it. He doesn’t get any of it.
Some days, it feels like Yoshiki just wants as much distance between himself and Hikaru as he can get. Other days, it’s like being away from Hikaru would kill him. Hikaru can’t tell what’s gonna set Yoshiki off or not, and it’s not like looking at the memories would help. He got moody like this before, but only when Hikaru tried to talk about girls or Yoshiki leaving one day, and never for as long as he does now.
Is he doing something wrong?
“Hey, Yoshiki?” he calls ahead. “What d’ya reckon we should do for my birthday?”
Or; ‘Hikaru’ celebrates his sixteenth birthday. Hikaru doesn’t.
