Despite The Hound’s fervent shouts that he was an idiot, Robb hadn’t been able to swallow another act of cowardice so he’d pass Arya off to him and gone back to rally them, leading them in their retreat. It had been a risky decision but they’d ridden out with thirty or so men rather than none at all and to Robb, that was worth it.
