Summary
Remus couldn’t be blamed for suggesting it, really. Multiple forces had conspired against him to such a degree that his hand was practically forced: eyes heavy with the weight of the hour, and mind a little fuzzy from that third glass of wine, and body so stupidly comfortable sprawled out on the stupid chaise end of Sirius’ stupidly massive sofa.
“We should get married.”
Remus and Sirius marry. Out of convenience, of course.
At least, at first. At least, until Remus begins to wake to a racing pulse; to a wing-tangled belly; to the giddy terror of belated epiphany.
At least, until the whole thing has turned rather inconvenient indeed.

Summary
There's mistletoe hanging on the door of the Gryffindor common room, and Remus isn't too happy about it, because Sirius seems to love it and watching his friend kiss random people isn't Remus's ideal plan for the last few days before the Christmas holidays.

Summary
For a long time, falling in love with his best friend was one of the worst things that had ever happened to Remus Lupin. The only thing that could have made it worse was when said best friend got in a relationship. Sirius and Barty were both very public about their relationship, and both borderline nymphomaniacs. Together, they were truly Remus's worst nightmare.

Summary
Remus promised himself a long time ago that he’d never be the one to scuff out the light that shone in Sirius’s very soul. He’d never watch himself turn Sirius into a burnt shell of anything bright and fluttering and lively that ever existed in the spaces of his ribs and the valleys of his chest. Not like what he did to his Mam— eventually killing her. Not like how he drove his father away because the dread was too heavy of a burden to carry.
Remus would rather Sirius hate him then watch him suffer through that.
Anything but that.
