Summary
Have you ever wondered why strange things happen? Ever seen something completely unexplainable? There's an answer to all these things, the Magia's, a force outside our world that has created a special thing called Mana, that bends and breaks the fabric of reality to allow these strange and wondrous things to happen.
But over the billions of years, the Magia's have started to break and fall apart, allowing Mana to leak out uncontrolled causing chaos in the world. In response to this the Imena has created a special kind of anti-body to control the "Mana Fields" ,as the largest groups of loose Mana have been called, these creatures are called Witches, Witches are made from the souls of youths who have died exposed to a large amount of Mana during the course of their life or during their deaths.
As a newly created witch, I have one goal, to live an easy and peaceful life, completely different from the one I had come from, and if doing that means dealing with a town full of strangely familiar strangers, other witch's, loose mana, dealing with the dead, and a guy who seems to be obsessed with me, then so be it!
Whatever it takes to live a peaceful life!

In a perfect world, the Hail Mary’s assigned Flight Surgeon wouldn’t have to be woken up early from comatose. You knew when volunteering to be sent that if the Protocol was initiated, there’d be no going back into comatose. You’d be faced with whatever problem the automated care system alerted you with, along with however many years it took to reach the Tau Ceti system before anyone else on the ship woke up.
You’d be isolated. Taking care of three astronauts on the Hail Mary. Nothing prepared you that this mission was about to become way more complicated than you anticipated.

You heard a groan leave you as you wiggled your arm out of the restraints, "Please do not attempt to move—"You pushed against the mechanical arm and fell onto the ground. "Ugh.." You heard it talk again as you moved away from it. It couldn't reach you anymore, that was good. Your eyes landed on… a pile of rocks? It was in some sort of glass structure, maybe about 2 feet tall. Feet. Not metric. American or Canadian… Canadians use customary too, right? Okay, you were American. You saw the pile of rocks move. It made you jump and attempt to get closer to the wall behind you. What was that chittering?! Whale song? You didn't know but you didn't like it.
