In a world full of superheroes, there are two that stand above the rest: the Commander and Jetstream. His super-strength makes him pretty much indestructible and she has the power of supersonic flight along with a total mastery of unarmed combat. By day, they live as Steve and Josie Stronghold, the top real estate agents in the metropolis of Maxville. But whenever duty calls, they are the Commander and Jetstream. My sister and I, have my own names for them: Mom and Dad. You look at them and see the defenders of the world. All we see is our dad wearing tights. Don't get me wrong, it can be cool to have superhero parents, like when Mom picks up awesome takeout on her way home from work. On the other hand, living up to the family name means that we’re supposed to save the world someday. I just have one small problem. My sister got her power when she was in 3rd grade, and ever since, I’ve been begging for the same day to happen to me. But, it hasn’t.

Summary
When Touya comes home after waking up from his coma, Shoto finds him. Together, the two run away from home, not wanting to take Endeavor's abuse anymore. A nice woman gives them an apartment under the agreement that Touya works for her, and Shoto becomes best friends with one of the other kids in the building, Izuku. Together, the three become a team of vigilantes, named Phoenix (Touya), Freezerburn (Shoto), and White Rabbit (Izuku).

Fuck, you hate slow nights. Almost as much as you hate the ones where you actually gotta work, but that's different. Marking what you do as ‘work’ isn’t fair, to anyone really. Jumping from building to building, beating up low level thugs and getting hurt here or there isn’t fair. Not to you (since you aren’t getting paid), not to the thug (who was probably not looking forward to being taken down by a teenage vigilante) and especially not to the mysterious figure, who’s sleep you’ve been stealing for the past month. That's what they get for following you around on their own accord.
Contains bad writing that's interrupted by some stupid jokes here and there, and a very emotional autistic author who thinks THAT IT'S OKAY TO JUST NOT KNOW ENGLISH SOMETIMES (my english teacher would execute me if she saw this mess)

It's been a long time since I wrote a One-Shot, that is no more a OS-, it includes some spoilers about the young Aizawa's arc in the Vigilant spin-off....
After what happened THAT day, you decided to go back home and end your studies at another hero school, now in your mid-twenties you get face-to-face with Aizawa in a bar after an accident that brought up to the surface your forgotten past and relationship with Shirakumo Oboro, and it has to happen especially on his birthday.
Too many years since that internship, since you cut off all your relationships with your friends, too many years since the last time you two talked... it has to happen on that specific day.
Reader has a tattoo related to Oboro: A cat over a cloud.

Surrounded by blue flames, instead of the feeling of fear you felt warmth that seemed so familiar to you. You couldn't leave, not after you saw his eyes. Eyes that belonged to a ghost in the past long forgotten. They still hold the same pain and despair as did that child all those years ago.
Maybe it was just you and your inability to let go. But you still had that lingering hope. So.. you stayed.
