I guess I'm adding this in here because, dear reader, TSH was built on the premise of pilot notes, early (no longer accessible) Q/A streams, and details which are either no longer canon, have been changed, or re-ordered. So! TSH did its best to stick to "official" information as often as possible, but it's impossible to do that in the early draft days. I can't tell the future, of course (yet). That's a lie. It was nowhere near pungent. If anything, the blanket had a hint of laundry detergent clinging to its fabric. It just added to the ever-growing list of comfort that this inanimate object was providing her.
