    Therefore, he thinks he has every right to question why Draco Lucius Malfoy is not acting like himself. Did he get Polyjuiced or something?! Why hasn't anyone questioned his sudden change?! And in what universe can a ferret sing that beautifully?!

    If being part of the Inter-House Enrichment Initiative nonsense means he gets to observe Malfoy more closely, then so be it.
