A tiny kitten. Clearly mistreated and down a paw.
It's a hero's job to help those in need- human or otherwise! But that doesn't change that the dorm doesnt allow pets outside of special exceptions.
But the odds of the kitten surviving the snowy streets are about as low as a shelter having the resources to help it, leaving Izuku with few options.
Heroes do what they have to, even if it breaks the rules.
Besides, it's only temporary... Right? -
