Summary
READ TAGS BEFORE READING || Michael was anxiously waiting in the car, playing with the hem of his tee and staring out the window at their house. The only thing keeping him company in that moment was the car radio and the hum of the car itself.
He was so spaced out from waiting that he jumped when the drivers side door opened.
“Sorry.” William apologized as he got in. “Your mom was bothering me tonight trying to figure out where we were going. She swears I’m cheating, isn’t that crazy? Why would I take my son on a date with me?”
“Yeah, totally crazy.” He couldn’t help but laugh. “This is just father son time, right?”
His father merely hummed in response, turning on the car and reaching a hand over to meet Michael’s.
