Ahsoka decides to stay long enough to find the Sith Lord and protect the Jedi Order from him. Through the power of friendship, character development, eventual communication, and Disaster Lineage Bullshit, the heroes scramble to save the day at the absolute last minute.

Something is wrong. Very wrong.
It started with headaches. A few clones that probably came down with a bug. But then things got stranger. Unexplained attacks on civilians. They became machines with nothing behind their eyes.
The public isn't happy. Neither are The Jedi.
They're one wrong move away from a government-mandated clone trooper genocide.
