Summary
Anakin had never heard of Master Kenobi, and given the situation, he didn’t think that was a good thing either. Not only was he being forcibly demoted - despite the fact that he was already knighted and a highly Decorated general of The Clone Wars, which, by the way, they’d won – he was to apprentice under a new Master that nobody had even heard of before.
Or, Anakin Skywalker is assigned a new Master who is thirty years his senior. The result is perhaps not what The Council intended.

Harvey presses his lips to Mike’s temple, and Mike makes this raw, cramped sound into the front of Harvey’s peacoat. A warm hand comes up to cup the back of his head.
“Oh, kid,” Harvey says softly.
Mike sniffs hard and tries to anticipate whatever jab is coming next. “What’re you gonna do with me, huh?”
But Harvey just squeezes him a little tighter. “Idiot. That plan’s never changed. I'm gonna keep you.”

Merlin has a very small bed and he wouldn’t hear of Gwaine sleeping on the floor, which means that they spend every night wrapped around each other. Gwaine’s luxurious hair tickles Merlin’s face, and he smiles softly at Merlin first thing in the morning every morning, like there’s nothing and no one else he’d rather see.
It’s agony. Merlin’s not sure how much longer he can take it.
