Summary
A delicate, sleek feather flutters in front of Harry’s face. It is slightly crooked and jutting out from Tom’s wing. Harry gently strokes it back into place, tucking it perfectly in line with the neighboring feathers.
Next to him, a shiver travels up Tom’s body.
Harry’s calloused fingers move gently along the feathers, smoothing and straightening one after another. The soft rustle of feathers, along with Tom’s occasional breaths, fill the silence of their bedroom.
One time he had asked Tom what it felt like, so Tom shared the sensations and experience with him via Legilimency.
He was blown away at how sensitive the entire expanse of Tom’s wings were. Even experiencing it through the second-hand haze of Legilimency memories, each stroke felt like a mini-orgasm.
It was almost too overwhelming; it was complete sensory overload.

Even if he thinks it’s kind of a stupid tradition.
