Lotor pauses, the same way he paused when Keith had tilted slightly towards him earlier that week, basking in a closeness he believed he’ll never have, induced by an alcohol meant to get galra drunk easier. It was just taking up more space than he was used to, just leaning a bit more into Lotor and look at him, indulge himself a little before pretending to sway and then walk away.

Keith had a few...oddities about himself. Beyond anything that could be ascribed to being in foster care for years, like his trust issues and general abrasiveness.
No, he had some things about himself that were just odd. His strength that was disproportionate to his size. His ability to see clearly in the dark. His tendency to bundle his bedsheets into a heap with a small indent in the middle that he would curl into.
His...purring.
Or, Keith purrs (courtesy of his Galra side) and that eventually leads to a revelation about his relationship with Shiro.

He hardly ever showed a thing on his face. Once, Lance had made a (hilarious, he might add) joke, and while the entire room was cackling, Keith barely reacted, just giving a small smirk of amusement. Even when he’d failed his midterm, he barely looked upset– he’d just sighed, closed his laptop, and asked Lance if he was ready for dinner. Lance never knew what he was truly thinking, with his steely gaze and blank stares and relaxed posture.
Yes, Lance never knew what he was truly thinking, until Keith got some alcohol in his system.
