“Your scientist, does he have a name?” Piers asks, metal hand tightening on the man's shoulder just enough to draw a pained wince from him.
“Yes, but I doubt he'll answer to it anymore. We just call him Doctor, or The Scientist, or…knothead—”
“Name, asshole.” Piers repeats, tightening his grip even further, enough that Leon swears he hears a bone snap.
“Fuck! Serra! Luis Serra!” The asshole shouts, and Leon's knees almost give out beneath him, the only thing holding him upright being Chris who's still holding onto him.
“Did you say Luis Serra?” Leon asks, eyes wider than dinner plates as he tries to pull himself out of Chris' hold.
Or
Leon finds out Luis is very much still alive, and rescues him from Umbrella Remnants

Summary
Whenever Grace was feeling down, she liked to imagine all the different ‘R’ Commanders, Captains and Operatives as the same mythical “superhero” BSAA soldier. It felt nice to imagine (if only for a moment) that wherever a bioweapon would spring up there would be an immovable soldier to meet its unstoppable force, saving the day.
But of course, no one person could do all that.Or:
The one where Grace cannot believe all the redacted BSAA Captains are the same guy who, along with his husband, highk kinda adopted her.

“How long?” Luis asks, his voice somewhere between researcher mode and completely fucking terrified.
“Luis–”
“How long?” Luis repeated, locking eyes with him sternly.
“A few weeks. Started with a cough.” Leon says, trying to avoid his gaze.
“A few weeks? I need you to be specific, Leon.” Luis says shakily.
“Four. Four weeks.” Leon admits, already anticipating his husband getting angry at him for hiding his illness.
“Four wee— Leon! You've been hiding an unidentified illness from me for four weeks?” Luis gasps, tears springing to his eyes.
Or
Leon fight through the horrors of Requiem with one constant goal: Survive this new nightmare and get home to his husband, but as Raccoon City Syndrome ravages his body, it gets harder and harder to keep his head above the water, even moreso when the demons of his past come back to haunt him with an unexpected return to Racoon City.

Summary
How Dami got past Dick’s watchful eye and triggered the Zeta Tube and crawled his way through doors all the way to Bryce without alerting the literal gods on earth was beyond Bryce’s mental capacity.
Did Bryce pick up the baby and let Dami fall asleep on her chest under the chest plate without anyone else knowing? Yes. Yes she did.
