Summary
Takes place while Light and L are handcuffed together, Light can’t remember being Kira,
Light has always had suicidal and self-harming tendencies given the pressure put on him and his own self esteem issues. He keeps getting nightmares of the night an old classmate forces herself onto him which makes his habits worse. No one but Light knows about this all.
Since he was given the notebook most of those thoughts and his habits have slowly but surely disappeared. Though since Light is not currently in possession of the notebook anymore and therefore doesn’t have memory of it, his tendencies have returned. Light can’t act on them though, he can sometimes but barely. After all, he's handcuffed to L and he just can’t allow him to see.
Light is extremely uncomfortable and trying to hide everything from L, after all the scars aren’t old and being so close to someone when he’s so vulnerable is not ideal. Light is having a small crash-out over this and is constantly getting defensive which doesn’t help with L’s suspicions that Light is Kira. After Light wakes up from a nightmare and goes to grab his razor, L wakes up and it doesn’t take long for him to figure out what’s going on.Sorry if It's a bad Summary!

“What kind of situation takes three hours to deal with?” Semiu sounded bewildered.
Enjin sent a pointed look at Dazai before answering, “A bratty child, kind of situation.”
“I’m not a child,” Dazai said, staring blankly.
Enjin deadpanned, “Uhhuh, how old are you?” Dazai couldn’t possibly think that he wasn’t a child. He looked twelve.
“Fourteen,”
“Yeah, not a child all right,” He rolled his eyes, his voice etched with sarcasm.

The itch had to be unbearable by now.
Qifrey could feel his own feathers ruffling in discomfort just looking at her. He’d been watching her from the corner of his eye for over an hour now, monitoring her studies at the kitchen table while his hands ran through the familiar motions of preparing dinner.
Coco herself seemed to have been steadfastly ignoring the issue for weeks at this point, at least in front of everyone else. But Qifrey wasn’t sure how much longer that could last. Wasn’t sure how much longer he could last without stepping in and forcing the issue. Despite the fact that she was clearly working over what few spots she could reach on her own, there was just no getting around the fact that she couldn’t get to the places that required the most attention without help.
Coco’s wings desperately needed a proper preening.

Qifrey realizes Coco is not taking proper care of her wings, and gets an unpleasant revelation when he decides to step in.OR OR

She found out about Qifrey's secret.

As she lays down in her bed, her left cheek itches and she seems to lose control over her hand.

Unlucky for her, she loses track of time and Qifrey walks in on her harming herself.
