Summary
Dazai remains true to form: a young, jaded intellectual born into a powerful political family, stifled by a name and status he can no longer bear. Fyodor is the ruthless, enigmatic outsider, thriving in his current role as... an efficient instrument of the Japanese law. Together, they forge a dark pact, sealing it with blood—and Dazai, with additional curses. Back then, he didn't like pain yet.
Or perhaps that, too, was the writer's lie, one of many.

Summary
It started with the clocks. They stopped working. They froze. Dazai knows time still exists. He knows. But somehow, he's ended up a prisoner of the Russian whose hands bring death to all but the one man who craves it, and he can't figure out how he got there.
Fyodor says it's because they're in his reality; Dazai doesn't believe it. But the longer Fyodor tortures him, the more he forgets who he was and becomes who he must be: a sinner, subject to the punishment Fyodor brings.
...And just when he starts to give in, something strange happens.
Or, Dazai is Fyodor's sick hobby until Fyodor accidentally feels something, too.
