Anthony J. Crowley is the owner and viticulturalist of Ecdyses, a winery that unexpectedly fell into his lap eleven years ago when he hit rock bottom. He may be in debt, yeah, but he’s paying off his loans — and despite pressure from his lenders and their team of inspectors, Crowley has found a kind of contentment tending his little corner of terroir and producing extraordinary wine. Summary
This fic is Inspired by Immersion Therapy by Anonymous, who gave me permission to expand on their “therapy Alpha” concept for this AU.
Crowley is a Therapy Alpha as well as a professional breeding stud. His duties include breeding in-heat omegas on their 1st, or ‘presentation’ heat, to keep them healthy. He also offers ongoing training to help them adapt to their new situation, before passing them on to be claimed by another Alpha permanently. He is only meant to breed them, but not claim them with a bite, until he meets someone who he simply can’t resist: a blond haired bookshop owner named Aziraphale Fell.
Aziraphale transformed into an omega late in life due to an unknown medical complication, and it just so happened that the on-call attending Alpha at the hospital that day, was a rather handsome red-head named Crowley.
This fic contains elements of dubcon, but no noncon. All parties want intimacy, but it is driven by hormonal drives. Yes there is a “fuck or die” trope in action here. TW for breeding, pregnancy, insemination, knotting, claiming bites, heats, ruts, and all those juicy things you come to expect from an A/B/O fic.

Summary
Alphas, especially unbonded ones, are a danger to society; at least, that is what the government decided. Now, all alphas are sent into government custody as soon as they present. They are kept under strict guard and used as laborers around the country. However, omegas still need an alpha during their heat to avoid medical complications, which is why the government established Alpha Services.
Aziraphale has been managing his heats alone for his whole adult life, but recently he has started experiencing some side effects. So, on orders from his doctor, Aziraphale books his next heat with Alpha Services and meets a handsome ginger alpha who just might change his life forever.

“Crowley.”
“Angel.”
“What's wrong?”
Crowley fidgets. “You can be really annoying sometimes, you know that." Aziraphale holds his silence. “I’m not… hurt.”
“But you,” Aziraphale starts, then bites his lip. “You keep… flinching. Is it—has it always…?”
“What?” Crowley’s face is really so lovingly expressive. “No! No, you—you’re fine. It’s me.”
“Crowley,” Aziraphale says, exasperated, “explain.”
“I, er, drank some poison. On accident.”
“Oh! You should have told me earlier! What is it—do you need—“
“Aziraphale. I’m not dying. But I,” and he swallows, and falls silent again.
“Would you like me to guess?”
“No! How would that be helpful? No.”
“Well what is it then?”
Crowley grumbles something. Aziraphale is quickly coming to the end of his very, very long, almost endless patience—he steps forward and grabs Crowley’s wrist and Crowley makes a noise.
It all goes very still. Aziraphale stays frozen in place, staring at Crowley with wide eyes.
“Are you,” he starts.
“You’re not hurting me,” Crowley mumbles, his face in his hands. Aziraphale makes an inquisitive noise. “I said, you’re not hurting me.”
