Miya Atsumu has an eating disorder and gets lazy about hiding it, this leads to Sakusa Kiyoomi finding out. But Atsumu refuses help, Sakusa is terribly stubborn and in love, not wanting to lose him. Recovery isn't an option in Atsumu’s mind, Sakusa changes that.

Summary
Miya Atsumu, deemed the lesser twin, leaves his home behind to start anew. In a place he's never heard of before, he meets someone he can finally be his true self with, because, although they'd never admit it, he and Sakusa Kiyoomi had a whole lot more in common than just their off-putting attitudes.
Or, Kiyoomi's family takes Atsumu in after running away to a small coastal town.

Summary
Atsumu was dead.
Or at least that’s what most people thinks. However, Sakusa doesn’t think so. He believes that Atsumu is alive somewhere. His believes were confirmed correct when Osamu turns up to his door to tell him that Atsumu was indeed alive.
